Reflected by AI, Rooted in the Body

We are living in an era of acceleration.

Artificial Intelligence is expanding at a pace that can feel awe-inspiring, disorienting, exciting, and unsettling — sometimes all at once.

It is learning faster than most systems we have ever created.

It is reshaping the way we work, create, communicate, and imagine the future.

While I am genuinely curious about AI — about how it can support creativity, efficiency, and innovation — there is another form of intelligence that will always guide me first.

Body Intelligence, or as I often call it: BI.

A little while ago, I spoke about BI as the intelligence that lives beneath thinking.

Beneath planning.

Beneath performance.

It is the intelligence of sensation.

Of rhythm.

Of timing.

Of subtle inner cues that don’t shout, but know.

For me, AI is something I turn to when required — but BI is what I turn towards for guidance.

The body is my compass.

AI is a tool.

Playing With AI — Without Handing Over My Authority

This evening, I chose curiosity over caution.

I jumped on a new trend of asking ChatGPT to create a caricature of what I do in my life — more as an experiment than a statement.

A playful “let’s see what comes through.”

And honestly, AI really did understand the assignment.

The images that came back felt surprisingly aligned.

There was ocean energy — expansive, fluid, alive.

Nature and moon medicine — cyclical, grounded, intuitive.

Books, crystals, heart-coherence.

Even Pisces energy made her way in — and yes, that actually feels incredibly fitting.

What struck me most wasn’t the accuracy of the details —it was the reflection.

AI didn’t define me.

It mirrored themes I already live and embody and that distinction matters.

Depth is unable to be digitally downloaded.

What AI captured visually sits on top of something much deeper.

Years of lived experience.

Study.

Practice.

Mistakes.

Integration.

Devotion to inner work.

My qualifications and certifications add depth to who I am as a human — and to how I hold space.

Intuitive Wellness Guide.

Vision Therapist.

Breathwork Facilitator.

NLP & NTT Practitioner.

And now, a published author of Untamed Self-Love 📖💛

These are not separate identities I switch between depending on the day.

They are expressions of the same essence.

Threads in a single tapestry.

Every layer of the woman I am becoming — and every project I feel called to create — informs the way I see, listen, guide, and connect.

Not as roles.

Not as titles.

But as one living, loving, heart-led expression of who I am.

Being multi-passionate, for me, isn’t scattered — it’s integrated. It’s the natural expression of a free-flowing Piscean heart and mind.

Guided by heart.

Guided by intuition.

Guided by curiosity.

I move with the tides of the ocean and the ever-shifting phases of the moon 🌊🌙

I trust cycles more than straight lines.

Flow more than force.

Embodiment more than explanation.

What some might call “too much” has become, for me, a sacred weaving.

Vision therapy informs my intuitive work.

Breathwork and connection informs my writing.

Books inform my presence.

Presence informs everything.

Nothing is wasted.

Nothing is random.

Growth, for me, is not a checkbox or a season.

It is a way of being.

It is the willingness to meet myself again and again — with honesty, compassion, humour, and humility.

As I tend my own inner landscape, the nourishment overflows.

Not because I try to give more but because I am resourced from within.

This is something AI cannot replicate.

It cannot feel the pause before a truth lands.

It cannot sense the nervous system settling.

It cannot read the quiet wisdom of the body.

The inner work I commit to with care and intention does not stay private.

It moves through my body.

Through my breath.

Through my voice.

Through the way I show up.

Like a tide, it flows outward and  creates a ripple effect into:

My client sessions

My words and writing

My offerings and creations

The way I walk beside and support others

This is the unseen impact of tending to ourselves.

When we do the inner work with care and integrity, we don’t need to convince, prove, or perform.

Our presence does the work.

AI can be a support. BI is sovereignty.

AI is powerful.

Creative.

Expanding.

I welcome AI with discernment.

My deepest trust lives in the body.

In BI.

In intuition.

In the subtle inner signals that no algorithm can generate or replace.

AI can assist.

AI can amplify.

AI can reflect.

But body intelligence leads.

Always.

So I’ll leave you with this gentle curiosity:

Was any of this new to you?

Did anything surprise you?

And perhaps the deeper invitation is this:

As technology becomes more intelligent, how are you staying connected to the intelligence that has always lived within you?
